Relationship Management for National Clients: Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular contact and understanding their priorities.
Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing high-quality service and solution-oriented thinking.
Up- and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional products or services, driving growth within existing client portfolios.
Account Management Planning: Develop strategic annual plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.
Support: Guide branch managers at City Hub in account management for the local customer portfolio.
CRM Usage: Effectively use the CRM system to track customer information and manage relationships.
Event Participation: Represent City Hub at relevant client events and networks to identify new opportunities and promote the brand.
Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the shared service center to ensure contracts are established and negotiate terms to safeguard the interests of both City Hub and our clients.
