What are you going to do?

Are you an experienced advisor with a passion for learning and development? At Strukton, you can further utilize your expertise and contribute to the growth and development of our organization!

As a Senior L&D Advisor, you are the link between strategic policy and the implementation of learning and development initiatives. You translate the organization's (growth) needs into concrete and effective learning solutions, keeping Strukton's goals in mind, as well as aligning with other initiatives. You will work closely with HR colleagues, subject matter experts, and internal clients.

In this role, you will be active in performing needs analyses, designing innovative learning interventions, and setting up and guiding various programs. You will also have the opportunity to spend some of your time as a trainer/process facilitator.

  • Advising management and stakeholders on the learning needs of the organization, and developing strategies and programs that contribute to the professional growth of our employees and Strukton's future.
  • Developing: identifying trends and developments in the industry and the L&D field, using these insights to create innovative learning solutions and encourage a learning organization.
  • Program management: managing ongoing L&D programs and initiatives, focusing on measurable results and achieving learning objectives at both the operational and strategic levels. As a program manager, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external training partners. You will also ensure the organization of learning interventions, keep the design and materials up to date, and collaborate with the training coordinator to ensure (mandatory) documentation is maintained.

The L&D team consists of 2 advisors and 2 training coordinators, and you report directly to the Head of HR Talent. Together with the Recruitment team, you form the HR Talent Team, an expertise team within HR. You will also work closely with the HR Business Partners and the HR management team to define the direction of the L&D policy.

Key topics for 2025 include: integration of 2 LMS systems, renewal of the onboarding program, setting up a company-wide leadership program, and promoting internal mobility.

What do we ask?

We are looking for a Senior L&D Advisor with experience in developing strategic learning and development programs, preferably in a technical or industrial environment. You also bring the following:

  • HBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in Educational Sciences, Human Resources, or Training Management.
  • 5 to 10 years of work experience with L&D projects and developing learning strategies within (medium) large organizations.
  • Experience with change management and guiding L&D projects that bring about organizational change.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to switch between different levels within the organization.
  • Interest in innovative learning solutions, such as digital learning platforms, gamification, and blended learning, as well as experience in implementing these solutions.
