Software Implementation Consultant (German of French speaking)

This is a challenge for a French of German speaking candidate with a strong affinity for software processes. Someone who wants to apply his/her substantive knowledge in a different way and seeks customer contact. As an Implementation Consultant at Mysolution, you will not only take on an advisory role but also get hands-on with the implementation of our software solution for clients, which are recruitment companies. You are the specialist in specific business processes and help your client make their work more efficient by configuring our software to meet the client's needs. Fortunately, you are surrounded by a close-knit team of colleagues, because even though you get a lot of responsibility, it remains a team effort. Additionally, you derive great satisfaction from a satisfied client and contribute to a beautiful product that we can be proud of.

As a member of the implementation project team, you will organize the project kick-off together. Besides implementing, you will also think along about new features for our product. Ultimately, you are not only an advisor to the client, for whom you map the current business processes, but you also translate these into our software solution. You know better than anyone what is happening with the clients and are in charge of ensuring the setup runs smoothly.

Is an adjustment needed? Your colleagues in development are ready to further technically elaborate on your functional design.

What makes this role unique is that you are involved from A to Z. You motivate and enthuse the future users and know how to take them along step by step and keep them engaged. The entire Mysolution organization is ready to help you, but you have the lead over your part of the project and remain responsible for its success. As a result, you need to dive deep into the subject matter and emerge as a true specialist. You are also Mysolution’s eyes and ears at the client. You can internally relay changes in needs. You are active at different levels; business level, user level, and also keep the internal organization in mind. You fulfill different needs for different people. Therefore, a challenging job is not an empty promise here.

We are looking to meet a candidate who:

• Has interest and passion for consultancy and engagement in the work.
• Possesses good communication skills, perseverance, and an extraordinary amount of curiosity.
• Has at least 3 years of work experience as, for example, an application key-user, ideally within the staffing industry.
• Has experience with the implementation or process optimization of CRM (Salesforce) software.
• Knowledge of staffing and secondment processes is a nice plus.
• Has a higher professional or university level of working and thinking.
• Has a positive outlook on problems, which are there to be solved.
• Possesses good organizational sensitivity and is able to get to the heart of the matter.
• Considers the customer as king and can also effectively say no.
• Speaks French or German well, beside English or Dutch.
