Senior Advisor for Gas-Free Neighborhoods

What are you going to do?

As a senior advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects related to the Neighborhood Implementation Plans (WUP). Your tasks include preparing work sessions, facilitating them, and processing the results into the ongoing process. You will have frequent meetings with clients (municipalities, housing corporations, homeowners' associations, and/or resident initiatives) and other stakeholders. During information sessions with groups such as municipal councils, local governments, residents, business owners, and professionals, you will present and negotiate with housing corporations and resident groups on the process, costs, contracts, and commitments. You will lead the internal project team and ensure the quality of the delivered work. You will also contribute strategically to the direction of the company and the growth of the team. Additionally, you will assist in writing products (Neighborhood Implementation Plans, social data analysis, memos).

What do we ask?

• HBO/WO work and thinking level in fields like change management, spatial development, energy transition, and/or public administration.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in process facilitation for complex (infrastructure and/or construction) projects.
• Basic knowledge of gas-free solutions for buildings and infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with presenting to groups, guiding professional stakeholders towards shared goals, and leading subject-matter experts.
