Wat ga je doen?

  • Executes distributor order fulfillment process from order taking, entry, confirmation, weekly reporting to shipping and transition to invoicing stage.
  • Manage third party logistics day-to-day operation, operates remote 3PL warehouse.
  • Checking orders, bills, items shipped, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Generate and sends out weekly order books to ViCentra distributors.
  • Ensure a high level of stock accuracy (99%) between the 3PL warehouse and QAD.
  • Constantly focuses and aligns on a flawless transition process from distributor order to purchase order for Unitron or Diabeloop with the Procurement team.
  • Plan and execute returns from distributors to the supply site.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments in commercial, manufacturing, finance, quality as well as suppliers and carriers on the order fulfilment process.
  • Create, release, send to 3PL and maintain sales orders in line with distributor orders.
  • Process sales order confirmations when required.
  • Create packing list and arrange shipment from 3PL site to distributors.
  • Execute product expedition requests to distributors.
  • Monitor KPls to measure OTIF performance towards each distributor.
  • Work with Accounts Receivables to ensure an efficient order to cash.
  • process is run the moment an order is shipped
  • Ensure item master data between ViCentra and the 3PL is set and maintained in alignment with supply chain operational plan.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision as well as ability to work closely with cross functional colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures
  • site visits to 3PL distributor if and when required.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Proven experience in order entry, order fulfilment, stock control, warehouse management or similar
  • MBO diploma
  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong working knowledge of order to cash operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong admin and IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Customer service driven
