Trento is seeking recently graduated, ambitious technical professionals. Whether you have just completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, technical business, or related field, or if you have one to three years of work experience and want to develop further, this role is for you. In this position, you will receive practical training to fully leverage your skills and rapidly advance in your field.
As a Junior Engineer at Trento, you will have the opportunity to further develop your talents. We place great importance on your individual needs, development, and enjoyment in your work. As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, structuring, and optimizing various production processes. Your goal will be to achieve and increase production output while also reducing costs.
- You will manage (multiple) projects related to process and quality improvement.
- You will support colleagues working in production by setting goals and action plans, taking a guiding role. This role will prepare you for a (technical) leadership position.
- You will establish operational procedures, instructions, and standards for production processes.
- You will provide practical training to help colleagues perform their tasks more independently.
- You will participate in meetings with management, engineering, and QA engineers.
What do we ask?
To qualify for the Junior Engineer role, you should have:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of work experience in a production environment.
- Experience/affinity with improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Additionally, you should possess:
- A collaborative character and a "team player" mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A pragmatic approach with a proactive initiative.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Ambition to advance to a leadership role.
