Technician - Service & Maintenance for Utilities

What are you going to do?

As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that the building-related technical installations of our clients remain in optimal condition. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments or expansions to electrical and mechanical installations. You will also create reports on your findings. With your knowledge and experience as a service & maintenance technician, you are able to work independently on complex installations and resolve issues.

You understand that certain house rules apply in a building since you are a guest. Furthermore, you will be available to advise and support our clients with their technical questions.

Together with your colleagues, you will be flexible and willing to take on on-call duties outside of regular working hours, ensuring we are always ready to assist our clients. What do we ask?

• Eagerness to learn and a service-oriented mindset are in your DNA.
• A completed MBO 2-level qualification in electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as a technician.
• Valid VCA diploma.
• A valid driver’s license (B).

• A gross monthly salary between €3,300 and €4,300 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience.
