Operator (2-Shifts)

What are you going to do?

Due to the expansion of our production team, we are looking for enthusiastic operators for the two-shift system. You will be the expert on your production line, thoroughly familiar with the machines, and responsible for keeping records and ensuring a smooth production process. Food safety is crucial to you, and you adhere to high hygiene standards, regularly performing quality checks. In the event of malfunctions, you will quickly address initial issues and, if needed, coordinate with your colleague from the technical service team. You will work alongside a team of friendly colleagues, and we will pair you with an experienced team member to help you get up to speed. We are committed to investing in your development, ensuring you become proficient with various machines.

What do we ask?

• MBO diploma at level 2-3, preferably in production or technical fields.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Affinity with the food sector; experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations; you have high standards for quality in the production environment.
• Reasonable command of the Dutch language.
• Willingness to expand your knowledge through the ERU Academy.
