Service/Maintenance Technician

What are you going to do?

Vastgoedonderhoud offers a comprehensive package of maintenance services for various types of real estate. Do you enjoy performing daily minor maintenance for a property manager or homeowners’ association (VvE)? Do you find it challenging to resolve leaks and malfunctions, or do you enjoy doing small renovations and refurbishments? If so, we are looking for you! As a service/maintenance technician, you will visit many locations in the central region of the country to perform these tasks both independently and as part of a team.

What do we ask?

• You have relevant knowledge and experience.
• You are strong in communication.
• You can act decisively and effectively.
• You have an eye for quality.
• Minimum of LTS Building Construction or equivalent experience.
• You possess a driver’s license B (E behind B is a plus).
• Preferably, you have a basic VCA safety certificate (can also be obtained through us).
