Housekeeping Team Leader

As the Housekeeping Team Leader, your role includes:

• Leading and organizing the tasks of our fantastic housekeeping team.
• Being the point of contact for housekeeping colleagues.
• Restocking supplies, such as coffee, tea, and always ensuring the essential toilet paper is available.
• Cleaning, vacuuming, and tidying our staff areas and sanitary facilities.
• Washing, ironing, and organizing staff clothing.
• Occasionally assisting in our check-in area to give a warm welcome to hired staff.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management.

What do we ask?

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but enthusiasm and dedication are even more important.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch.
• Eye for detail and a structured approach to work.
• Proactive with a flexible attitude.
• You live within 30 minutes of Nieuwegein.
