Wat ga je doen?

As an HR employee, you are responsible for the execution of the (administrative) HR processes.

Your duties include:

  • Preparation and mailing of employment contracts and correspondence;
  • Process incoming and hiring both internally and externally;
  • Process other personnel changes;
  • Keeping HR system and personnel files up to date;
  • Manage sick and recovered reports in the absence system;
  • Maintaining staff schedules;
  • Manage administration around car management;
  • First point of contact for first-line employee inquiries;
  • Ordering and providing various gifts for the benefit of employees;
  • Performing support work for the HR Manager.

Wat vragen wij?

  • You have a completed education in the field of HR;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
  • You are independent and but can also work as part of a team;
  • You stand firmly in your shoes and have a no-nonsense mentality;

Wat bieden wij?

  • A 7-month contract for 32 hours per week with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Work days and times negotiable, however, availability requested for full days on Thursdays and Fridays;
