Service engineer special machinery

What are you going to do?

• Repairing, troubleshooting, revising, and performing (preventive) maintenance on our machines.
• Installing new machines according to customer specifications.
• Providing on-site training to customers about machine maintenance and operation.
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and Kiremko, especially if the customer’s production process is at risk.
• (Electronically) signing off and reporting on work orders, time sheets, and service reports.
• Maintaining your own company resources and tools.
• Answering questions from colleagues and customers about specific machines.

What do we ask?

• MBO diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a willing-to-learn work attitude.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Ability to perform work in accordance with safety requirements.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and backing gas.
• Familiarity with working with stainless steel.
• Organizational skills and a high degree of independence (due to the solo nature of the role).
• Willingness to travel, as approximately 70-80% of the work is on-site with customers worldwide, sometimes for extended periods.
• Flexibility with irregular working hours, including weekends.
• Precision in your work and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Solution-oriented, positive, and proactive attitude.
