What are you going to do?

You can fully express your creativity in the kitchen. With you, as a talented and ambitious cook, everyone leaves with a full stomach and we bid farewell to happy guests! You know how to use ingredients creatively.

Together with our chef Remco and the passionate team, you will ensure the quality of all dishes leaving our kitchen. You have several years of experience as an independent cook and a passion for the culinary arts. You are a hard worker with an enthusiastic personality, and your positive work attitude is contagious for the rest of the team.

What do we ask?

• You have experience in a (large) restaurant or banqueting and have completed a culinary training program.
• Your basic, product, and HACCP knowledge is well-maintained.
• You also know how to handle our ingredients sustainably and don’t throw anything away unnecessarily. It can always go into the soup!
• Thanks to your passion, you are eager to learn and up-to-date with the latest kitchen trends. If you know a new cooking technique, we’re excited to hear about it!
• You can handle some pressure, as Down Under is a popular location!
• You are also solution-oriented. If someone is not satisfied, you remain optimistic and your first task is to get a new plate of food on the table.
