Logistics Shift Leader

What are you going to do?

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for all logistics-related activities in your department and have the opportunity to manage a small team. You will be responsible for leading your team on the shop floor, ensuring the best results by instructing, coaching, and motivating your employees.

You will make a significant contribution to delivering a high-quality product by ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly. Handling urgent requests and coordinating and initiating actions is no problem for you. In this role, you will coordinate the logistics process together with the Team Leader. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday and report to the Team Leader.

• You have experience working in a logistics environment.
• You have a keen eye for structure and are solution-oriented.
• You are assertive in enforcing hygiene and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• You have MBO-level work and thinking skills.
• You have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and an ERP system (M3).
