TIG/MIG Stainless Steel Welder

What are you going to do?

As a TIG/MIG Welder, you will work at one of our production sites in Lopik or Groot-Ammers. In a dedicated team, you will be involved in creating unique stainless steel tanks. Depending on the project size, you will work independently or with several colleagues. As an experienced TIG/MIG Welder, you are expected to have a flexible work attitude, consistently strive for the highest quality, and possess strong social skills. You look beyond your own product and identify areas for improvement when necessary.

• You will build stainless steel tanks and process equipment.
• You will share responsibility for project outcomes, including delivery times, quality, and quantity.
• You will help ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• You will propose improvements to installations and communicate these to the Engineering department.

What do we ask?

• At least VMBO Metal Technology level 2 Metalworking (all-round sheet metal worker) education.
• A welding diploma at least TIG Stainless Steel / MIG Stainless Steel level 2/3.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a similar role.
• A valid VCA basic safety diploma (or willingness to obtain it within 3 months).
• Knowledge of Dutch language, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Familiarity with materials and machines, and the ability to read drawings.
• You are stress-resistant, work efficiently, are solution-oriented, precise, and consistent. Good communication skills and a team player mentality are essential, as is enthusiasm and the ability to foster team spirit.
