The operation of Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. in De Meern consists of two parts, namely:
1) The storage and distribution of high-quality coding and marking equipment to our customers in EMEA;
2) The production and distribution of cartridges for inkjet printers.
You as Export Coordinator, together with the export team, will organize the transportation, including applicable export documentation, for the goods that we supply to our customers. You will be located in De Meern (Utrecht).
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Preparation of export declarations, certificates of origin and documentation of hazardous substances (ADR; IMO, etc.)
Organization of transportation bookings
Management of export licenses
Ensuring reliability of delivery in collaboration with other departments
