What are you going to do?

Dayshift/ 30-40 hours weekly/ Utrecht

The position

As a Technical Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Preventive maintenance;
• Analysing and resolve machine malfunctions;
• Start-up/shut-down of machinery.

You will mainly work with hydraulic presses, dryers, mangles, sorting, folding and ironing machines.

Here, your knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering will come in handy.

The team

The team consists of 7 mechanics and 3 process operators, led by the team leader of the Technical Services. The team has an informal, friendly atmosphere where people work hard and everyone knows each other.

What do we ask?

• You have at least 5 years of work experience in maintaining machines and production lines;
• You have a passion for technology and a flexible working attitude;
• You pay attention to safety on the work floor. Not only for yourself, but also for your colleagues;
• You speak sufficient Dutch or English;
• You are looking for a job for 4 or 5 weekdays (and you are occasionally available on Saturdays around public holidays or until 18:00 during busy periods).

What do we offer?

• A fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent employment;
• A basic salary between € 3,200 and € 4,500 gross per month based on 40 hours plus an end- of-year bonus of at least € 150 gross per month (5.33%);
• You have the choice of working 30, 36 or 40 hours per week;
• Good benefits, such as 25 vacation days per year, the possibility to save up extra days (TVT) and 8.33% vacation pay;
