What are you going to do?

In our store, you will become the first point of contact for customers as well as for your colleagues in your team. Your tasks will include:

• Managing the sales and repair processes and making improvement proposals
• Ensuring overall cleanliness in the store and workshop
• Organizing and delegating tasks, as well as motivating your team
• Selling bikes and parts and carrying out (small) repairs

What do we ask?

• Ideally, someone with a technical background
• Someone with experience leading colleagues
• Someone who is good at organizing, planning, and delegating
• Someone who is proactive and doesn’t sit still
• Someone with a no 9-to-5 mentality
• Someone who works neatly
• Someone who is flexible and stress-resistant
• Someone with a good command of the Dutch language, and also speaks English/German
• Someone who is independent
• A team player
• Someone with an MBO+/HBO thinking level
