Technical Implementation Manager

Wat ga je doen?

• Overseeing an ambitious project to make the platform compliant with established government standards;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including our partners in the United States;
• The technical implementation process of the integration of the Drillster learning app into The technical infrastructure of our customers and partners;
• The analysis of the customer needs and the validation of the integration design;
• The development and management of the implementation plan;
• Communication with our customers, their system providers and our internal IT teams;
• Creating and updating documentation of the implemented customer solution.

Wat vragen wij?

• A track record of 7+ years in technical implementations and project development for integration of SaaS solutions;
• Knowledge of and experience with SSO (Oauth, OpenID Connect, federated identity systems);
• Knowledge of and experience with web technologies and REST APIs;
• Excellent project management skills;
• Good communication skills, both written and oral;
• An excellent command of the English language and preferably the Dutch language (other language skills are greatly appreciated).
