What are you going to do?

The function

As a Logistics Coordinator, you organize the packing and counting activities in the Logistics department. You ensure that everyone knows what to do so that the routes are ready on time for the drivers. You work closely with the various production departments. The role containers filled with clean linen are counted and made ready for shipment directly from Production, which means that we do not operate with a traditional warehouse.

As Logistics Coordinator, your main tasks are:

• You divide tasks within the team and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively participate where necessary;

• You continuously monitor whether the work is progressing according to plan and set priorities. You intervene where necessary to ensure that the linen is ready for shipment on time;

• You oversee the quality of daily distributions and direct the team accordingly;

• Together with the assistant team leader, you are the point of contact for the Customer Service and Production departments.

The team

You will be directly managed by the assistant team leader and team leader Logistics & Transport. The Logistics department consists, on average, of 8 logistics employees. You coordinate a young, internationally oriented team where everyone speaks at least Dutch or English (in addition to Polish, Ukrainian and Russian).

What do we ask?

• At least 1 year of experience in a coordinating/management role within a logistics or production environment;

• Able to communicate with colleagues in both Polish and either Dutch or English;

• You have a flexible working attitude and are available full-time (day shift);

• You can perform well under pressure and maintain an overview;

• You have strong communication skills: you can clearly and promptly instruct employees and inform supervisors.

What do we offer?

• A fixed-term contract with the intention of a permanent position;

• A salary between € 2,650 and € 2,900 gross per month based on 40 hours;

• A fixed year-end bonus of at least € 125 gross per month (5.33%);

• Good secondary employment conditions, such as 25 vacation days per year, the possibility to save extra days (TVT) and 8.33% vacation pay;
