Medior Technical Advisor - Heat

What are you going to do?

As a medior advisor, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the conceptualization, calculations, and advice for sustainable heating systems. You will work with heating companies, housing corporations, and municipalities in the Netherlands. Tasks include designing, calculating, substantiating, and explaining concrete gas-free options. You will help both our clients and business developers by working on promising heating systems tailored to the local situation. We are looking for a curious and confident colleague with experience in sustainable heating systems, such as heat pumps, insulation programs, and/or district heating networks.

As a medior, you will work independently on various assignments. You will conduct your own analyses and manage your projects. Additionally, you will be willing to guide junior colleagues. We are looking for someone who not only has technical knowledge but is also communicative.

What do we ask?

• A relevant and completed HBO/WO education (Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Energy Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar).
• Between 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of gas-free solutions at building and infrastructure levels.
• Experience with gas-free solutions from the perspectives of building owners, installers, design agencies, or heating companies.
• Enthusiastic with a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• An inherent drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Preferred: Experience in presenting technical results.
• Preferred: Strong skills in visually presenting results.

• A contract for 32 to 40 hours per week.
