Actively create new opportunities across multiple target groups (business & leisure), with a focus on both the MICE and room markets.
Build and strengthen a strong brand position, both locally and nationally.
Lead the MICE & Corporate sales managers, developing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with our communication specialist.
What do we ask?
Experience: 3-5 years of commercial experience in the hospitality sector, ready to step into a leadership role, or experience in leading commercial teams.
Strategic and analytical: You think ahead, are analytically strong, and can translate this into actionable plans.
Networker: Excellent networking skills and in-depth knowledge of the national markets, both for rooms and MICE.
Result-oriented: Driven to meet objectives and achieve success.
You will report directly to the General Manager and maintain a proactive approach.
