What will you do?

Kick-start your career! As a trainee, you will follow a two-year program at Strukton, where you’ll get familiar with the various aspects of working in our world. During the program, you will rotate through different areas within the organization. Every six months, you will work in a new department or project, chosen carefully with the help of your mentor.

In addition to working within a department or project, you will follow a training track built specifically for our trainees. Each quarter, a different theme is emphasized, such as company culture, project management, organizational structures, and of course, our mission, vision, and strategy. Above all, your personal development is our main focus as you grow both personally and professionally. We dedicate time to mental resilience, personal leadership, and teamwork, and we approach these topics in an engaging and challenging way.

We will guide you in developing your talents and help you shape the ambitions you have or discover over the course of the program. This is how we give your career a boost, help you find a role that suits your strengths, and plan your future growth opportunities.

What do we ask?

• You are an enthusiastic starter in the labor market or have been active for no more than 2 years;
• You have a strong drive to develop yourself, are not afraid to take on challenges, and are open to stepping into unknown territories;
• Besides your daily work, you are intrinsically motivated to work on your own development within our trainee program;
• Depending on the track you choose, you should have an MBO, HBO, or WO degree. Since we are looking for talents and enthusiasts across various fields, your diploma doesn’t have to be in a technical field!

What do we offer?

To successfully complete the trainee program, we ensure you have the right foundation. In addition to the training track, we offer the following:
