Komori International Europe is looking for an ICT employee to be part of our ICT team, for a permanent position. As an ICT Employee you are part of the European ICT team, you work together with this team managing and optimizing our core systems and ICT infrastructure to ensure and improve their operational continuity. We support our colleagues and other European locations with all ICT matters. You keep our core systems operational, resolve questions and incidents on a daily basis and ensure that the organization uses these applications optimally. You maintain contact with employees, managers, key users and suppliers, and contribute to various projects. You work closely with external suppliers to implement and maintain the best IT solutions.

Job description

As an ICT Employee you are part of the European ICT team, you work together with this team managing and optimizing our core systems and ICT infrastructure to ensure and improve their operational continuity. We support our colleagues and other European locations with all ICT matters. You keep our core systems operational, resolve questions and incidents on a daily basis and ensure that the organization uses these applications optimally. You maintain contact with employees, managers, key users and suppliers, and contribute to various projects. You work closely with external suppliers to implement and maintain the best IT solutions.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Managing the O365 platform (Azure AD/Entra, Intune, etc.).
  • Managing the emailing platform and antispam solutions.
  • Managing the companies’ security solutions (Antivirus, cybersecurity platform).
  • Managing the company system platforms such as ERP, CRM solutions.
  • Providing ICT support for company employees (first and second-line of support) on matters related to company applications, hardware and network services.
  • Key member of the securities and backup recovery team with in the company
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers and supporting parties to keep applications up-to-date and operational.
  • Handling various notifications and changes, including questions, incidents and requests from the organization.
  • Sharing knowledge about applications through documentation, training and consultation to promote knowledge transfer.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technological developments in order to make the best choices.
  • Working on projects in a team, but also independently carrying out your responsibilities and always finding a solution.
  • Discussing questions and wishes with colleagues from different departments to provide new facilities.
  • Actively contribute to identifying improvements and discussing them within the team.
  • Ensure that all knowledge and documentation required to efficiently use the systems is clear and accessible for both users and colleagues.
  • Identifying opportunities and expanding reports.
  • Preventive testing of releases from different suppliers and implementing updates.
  • Coordinating and supervising new releases, including testing of modified functionality.

What do we ask?

  • HBO
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
  • Knowledge of and experience with Office 365 platform administration;
  • Knowledge managing company systems. A plus would be Salesforce System and Exact Systems;
  • Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting an IT environment;
  • Knowledge of networks and network equipment.
