Backoffice Employee Business Finance

What are you going to do?

You start the day with a refreshing cup of tea, coffee, or fresh juice from our juice tap. Together with your team, you discuss the task division for the day and get to work. From that moment, you and your team will be available to handle all incoming calls and emails related to business financing requests.

You work in the financial lease chain (business financing) alongside your colleagues from the commercial team to ensure that the process from application to contract completion is handled quickly and effectively. Once you have received all the necessary documents from the customer, you assess them and make the decision regarding the approval of the application and contract. You will then request the final contract from the bank.

This diverse and responsible role goes beyond customer contact. You will also have regular meetings with banks and keep salespeople at car dealerships updated. In short, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to use your skills.

You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on average, work once every four to five weeks on a Saturday.

• With your strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude, you are a professional at heart.
• Don’t worry if you’re not yet familiar with financing and leasing; we’ll get you up to speed quickly! If you don’t yet have the WFT Basic diploma, no problem—we’ll cover the cost for you, and you’ll have time to complete it during work hours.
• MBO diploma required.
• Experience with administrative work is necessary.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
• Proactive, flexible, service- and customer-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Possibility for permanent employment after 7 months.

• Salary between €2,389.44 and €2,750 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
