What are you going to do?

At Dealer Totaal Concept in IJsselstein, you won’t just be any Insurance Advisor; you’ll be a valued member of our close-knit team. This team consists of 16 friendly colleagues, and your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will achieve this by advising and informing customers about insurance options, preparing and sending quotes, and following up on them. A love for customer contact is key in this role.

What do we ask?

• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for advising and supporting customers.
• Minimum WFT-Particulier diploma, preferably also WFT-Zakelijk, or a willingness to obtain it. We offer this training at our cost, during work hours.
• You’re committed to customer satisfaction and providing suitable insurance solutions.
• You handle administrative processing of requests, quotes, and changes.
• You support customers with advice and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• You can work independently but also function well as part of a team.
• Availability during weekdays and one Saturday every six weeks.

What do we offer?

• Salary based on your experience, ranging between €2,389.44 and €4,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
