What are you going to do?

In the role of Head of Data Analytics and Reporting, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of the department through product development and innovation. Along with your team, you will prepare customer and supplier reports on Arval’s performance. You will also be involved in the Data Hub community and support initiatives related to changes in Arval’s data governance. You will report to the Business Transformation Director.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the operational point of contact internally and externally for your discipline.
  • Keeping analyses up-to-date.
  • Preparing flexible reports.
  • Being capable of performing all departmental tasks and providing operational support when needed.
  • Coaching, guiding, and leading the team while also stepping in operationally as required.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient work organization within the department.
  • Being responsible for achieving the KPIs and other objectives of your department.

What do we ask?

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • A people-focused manager who can empower the team.
  • A completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree.
  • Highly skilled in communication, analytical thinking, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • A decisive and people-oriented manager.
  • Residing within a commutable distance of Houten, Netherlands.
