Wat ga je doen?

Credit monitoring; you are responsible for limiting credit risks and therefore write-offs on debtors. To this end, you manage the credit limits with our credit insurer, but your own assessment is also important here

Order acceptance; new orders and customers are immediately assessed for creditworthiness.

Debt monitoring; you regularly analyse the arrears list containing the outstanding receivables and communicate this to the Sales & Credit ManagerCollection; you are responsible for dunning the debtors, agreeing payment schedules, timely engagement of collection agencies, registration of debtor complaints and handling bankruptcies for the customer relations in your own area. By lowering the average payment terms of debtors, you promote the cash flow position

Accounts receivable portfolio; you keep your territory orderly by accurately following up payment differences

Wat vragen wij?

• Administratively well-educated, but certainly also with a commercial outlook
• Several years of relevant work experience in receivables management, preferably within an international trading company
• Good command of the English and Dutch languages
• Experience with Onguard CreditManager, Excel & Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
• Available for at least 32 hours, 40 hours is an advantage
