Wat ga je doen?

You will be responsible for following standard deal procedures, providing escalatory analytical and process support to complex, non-standard deals, reviewing quotes and bookings for contract accuracy, assisting with real-time sales pipeline insight and end-of-period/quarter deal forecasting, alignment to our revenue recognition policies, and facilitating approvals from the respective decision-makers.

  • Support quote creation and complex deal structuring through the creation of migration, transformation, and down-sell transactions
  • Real-Time (Live), design and launch support for Salesforce.com
  • Supporting Account (Customer and Prospect) information updates (legal entity name changes, parent/child subsidiary mapping, address updates, etc.) in collaboration with the Customer Master Data team
  • Collaboration with other departments (product, finance, credit, legal, etc.) for guidance on product SKU, pricing, discount approvals, non-standard payment terms, and contract terms, when necessary
  • Review and approval of contracts to ensure terms, pricing, discounts, and all deal terms are accurate and appropriate
  • Ensure timely creation and amendments on quotes/proposals and identify proper stakeholders to facilitate
  • Sales Operations and Sales Enablement support for process creation/recreation, enhancements, and enablement. This includes ensuring processes in our Salesforce system are as efficient and effective as possible, recreated when needed, and automated where possible. Also supports Sales Enablement with training materials for process changes.
  • System Process Design and Launch Support. Responsible for most of the testing required for our CRM and product releases.
  • Weekly Sales Forecast Support, including solidifying forecast numbers for deals in the pipeline.   

Wat vragen wij?

  • Experience with order processing and/or customer deal experience in technology/hardware/software environment
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical focus, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, and Domo preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required; additional European languages (e.g. French or German) would be highly beneficial.
